You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone and notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

Our application works by analyzing food photos. When uploading photos:
You retain ownership rights over the photos and content you upload. However, by uploading this content, you grant FitWithAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to process, analyze, and use this content for the purpose of providing, developing, and improving our services, including training artificial intelligence models.
We use automated systems and manual review to detect inappropriate content. Content that violates our rules may be removed without notice and your account may be suspended.
FitWithAI uses artificial intelligence technology, and this technology has limitations:

FitWithAI offers both free and premium subscription options.
New users can try premium features for free for a limited period. At the end of the trial period, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid subscription (if a payment method has been saved).
The FitWithAI application and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
The application, design, logo, software, algorithms, AI models, and all related intellectual property rights belong to FitWithAI or its licensors. These rights are not transferred to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the application for your personal use only.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete My Account within the application. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes. For disputes arising from consumer rights, the courts in the consumer's place of residence also have jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
